Hidden enemy can be tracked behind cover

I noticed that when using a sniper zoom you can see enemy moving about behind cover.
this video shows 2 or 3 enemy moving around behind a tree and even a building, didn't help me get them but I knew where they were and was concentrating on catching it on video to be honest.
on watching it back its even more obvious.

Honestly, I can't see it either. It just looks like a blind man firing in the dead of night at a random location to me.
