Tatchanka shield > UPGRADE
Smoke beauties > UPGRADE
Bandit extra battery > UPGRADE
Glaz rate of fire and recoil > UPGRADE
ALL SHIELD operators are c-4 protected in front > UPGRADE
SMGs rate of fire > UPGRADE

Blackbeard one shot shield > DOWNGRADE

The nerfs and buffs of the different weapons don't seem all logic to me tbh.
