Hello all,

as a lot of you probably noticed there are quite a few players in TOGA playing Rainbow Six. Me too, and I must see I really like this game

What is Rainbow Six:

It's a team based tactical shooter set in an indoor environment. You have 5 attackers and 5 defenders.
Before the game starts you have to choose your attacker or defender. At this time there are 22 operators in total (11 for attack and 11 for defense) to choose from. Every operator has it's own specialisation and load out to choose from. You unlock these operators by earning renown, you will earn renown by just playing the game. With this renown it is also possible to unlock attachments for your weapons.

At the beginning of a round attackers use their drones to find the objective. The defenders can use that time (45 seconds) to set up fortifications and get into their defensive positions. While doing that they can try to prevent the drones to find the objective. After that the round starts and you have 4 minutes to defend or attack the objective.

There are 3 type of gamemodes (which play fairly similar to be honest):
  1. Secure area, where you have to be within a certain range of the objective to cap it or defend it. While there is a defender in that range you are not able to cap it.
  2. Hostage, the objective is to either free the hostage or prevent that.
  3. Bomb, there are two bombs attackers need to defuse one of them and defenders try to prevent that.
When all the enemies are killed you have won the game, unless defusing has started on the gamemode Bomb, then you'll need to destroy the defuser too. When timer hits 0.00 on secure area and there is an attacker in the area of the objective game will not stop untill this attacker is dead or the objective has been secured by the attacker.

It's also possible to play matches vs eachother in custom matches. This is also a great way to learn the game, but you will not earn renown during these matches. You can play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5 in these matches.

There is still a lot to cover about this game, but if you want to know more. Feel free to ask, either here on the forums or talk to one of us on teamspeak.

How's terrorist hunt?
I've not played a lot of terrorist hunt because I like the 5vs5 online multiplayer more. And as this is the first Rainbow Six game I play I can't really compare it to the previous titles.

I tend to look at the following sites:
http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/
http://www.cdkeys.com/
http://www.g2play.net/
https://www.g2a.com/

Season pass only grants you 7 days earlier access to the operators of every (free!)dlc.
Also you get 5% more renown, some weapon skins and 5 daily challenges instead of the standard 3 for more rewards.

It says daily challenges, it only means you get one daily challenge every day, but with season pass you have 5 slots instead of 3. Untill now, I only had one daily challenge active. As soon as the challenge is completed, I have to wait for the next challenge on the other day. So having 5 slots doesn't really mean a thing (at least for me because I play it every day).

In my opinion the season pass is not needed at all, because the dlc is free anyway. Difference is with season pass you get the operators 7 days early and you don't have to spend renown for it.
